POLICY FOR RESERVATIONS 5/8/10-11/8/10

General reservations

Any cancellations must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to expected date of arrival

At the time of booking all general reservations must be secured by a current credit card.  If the provided card expires prior to the event it is the guests responsibility to inform Gove Peninsula Motel of the new details.  Reservations will be prepaid in full by the secured credit card or by direct debit a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival.  Any cheque payment must be received by us a minimum of 2 weeks prior to anticipated date of arrival.  Any cancellations after that date will only be refunded for on-sold portions of the prepaid accommodation.

Government and account holders reservations

Any cancellations must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to expected date of arrival

Must be guaranteed with required paperwork or credit card and for this period, whilst no prepayment is required, the cancellation policy will also be 7 days prior to guest’s anticipated date of arrival. Any cancellations received after that date will incur charges for all rooms for any unsold accommodation.
